We Do Things Differently

With decades of experience — including years as an auctioneer — Gary has a well-trained eye for pieces that are not only beautiful, but genuinely made to last.

At The Oxford Garden, that experience is part of a more personal way of doing things. Gary takes the uncertainty out of choosing well, working closely with you to help you choose furniture that feels right for your outdoor space — in scale, in style, and in how it will live over time.

Need some help to find the perfect pieces for your space? Get in touch or visit us at a show and we're happy to help.

"We were looking for a bench that would sit comfortably in a slightly awkward spot in the garden, and Gary’s advice was spot on. The proportions are just right, and it feels both sturdy and beautifully made. It’s quickly become one of our favourite places to sit, especially in the evening. Exactly the sort of piece we’d been hoping to find."

JENNIFER, CLANFIELD

“Gary was incredibly helpful from the outset. We had an idea of what we wanted, but he guided us towards pieces that worked far better in the space. The whole process felt considered and unhurried, which made all the difference. We’re absolutely delighted with the result.”

Sarah H., Chipping Norton

“It’s rare to find a business where you feel so confident in both the quality of the pieces and the advice you’re given. Gary clearly knows what he’s doing, and everything we’ve bought has settled beautifully into the garden. It all feels as though it’s always been there.”

Emma L., Cirencester
