Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England and Wales. For addresses in Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands, please contact us at info@theoxfordgarden.com for a delivery quote before ordering. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges
Garden furniture and cog clocks: free delivery to England and Wales until March 2027.
All other items: £4.99, or £15 on orders of £125 or more.
Very heavy items, such as our cast iron stags and gundog figures: delivery is available on request. Please contact us for a price. 
Mirrors and large statues: these can’t be sent by courier because of their size and fragility. They’re available for collection from Standlake, Oxfordshire, by appointment only, or at one of our 2027 shows. Local delivery to the postcodes below can also be arranged.
Local delivery: free to OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4, OX12, OX13, OX14, OX18, OX24, OX28, OX29 and SN7.

Delivery times
Smaller items usually arrive within 5–10 days. Garden furniture is sent by a specialist courier and usually arrives within 5–10 working days (about 2 weeks). These are our normal delivery times, and we always aim to deliver sooner where we can.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Occasionally delivery may take longer because of events outside our reasonable control, for example courier delays or strikes, severe weather, supplier stock delays, or exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas and the January sales. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund for any items not yet delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
